We were in need of milk and a few other things so I walked along to towpath to Tesco with my rucksack. The Triffids and mini Daffodils were coming out and there were only two boats moored at Brownsover. I don’t think this is a popular place to stay now because people insist on coming to fling bread into the canal for the ducks which is not their natural food. Not only does it cause them problems but Seagulls swarm down to feed depositing white blobs all over any boats moored there.
When I arrived this little chap was scuttling about the car park seeking out something to eat and others were off for a jolly jaunt in their open top kit car, luvly jubbly!.
