We were meeting up with Del, Al, Paul and Lynne in Rugby and as it was a fairly nice day weather-wise we walked the mile into town. In the park the pigeons had been given their breakfast and the squirrels were full of the joys of spring chasing one another around the trees.
The six of us went to Wetherspoons for a leisurely brunch with much giggling and chatter. Surprise, surprise, the boys talked boats, cars and computer games. Of course the girls conversation was of families, friends and fellow boaters. Afterwards we went our separate ways around the shops, until the next time. After idling around over the winter months we will all be spending the summer cruising our different ways.
